
The French make it seem so hard and judging by the exorbitant price tags I would assume that retailers are in on the deception. Since arriving in October, both Anne and I have been repeatedly disappointed by the quality of Korea's $4 wines. Lacking is a certain "Je ne sais pas quoi" that we obviously can't do without. This dissatisfaction has been the catalyst for my recent foray into the wondrous world of wine making. I can't give away all of my secret ingredients or methods, but posted above are some pictures that are sure to wet your palate.
